A counter top unit, designed especially for slow-cooking. Temperature range up to 350 degrees only, but those in the industry know that almost everything cooks better slower anyways. Digital controls and four shelves inside, each able to accomodate a full sheet tray of product. Functions equally well as a holding cabinet, with the flick of a switch and the touch of a button.
