These cutters are a 045 - 120 degree cutter.
These items have been used and resharpened by a professional regrind company.
The Edge Mate, Edge Mate 1 and Edge Master is manufactured by Radoll Design Inc. and is used to to champher printed circuit board edges.
I have other cutters that would be used in this type of equipment.
