* Packing: We use Instapak Foam-in-Place Packaging as well as other traditional packing materials to ensure your item is secure for transport.
* Normal business hours are 8am - 5pm PST Monday through Friday
* Location: Recycled Goods- 3820 N. Ventura Avenue, Ventura, CA 93001
* DOA Warranty: An item said to be in working condition but received Dead on Arrival can be returned for replacement or refund (when no replacement is available) if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of product.
* Incorrect or Damaged Product: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or you feel you have received an incorrect item, please retain the item and all packaging and notify us ASAP. Please e-mail photographs that show the damage to both the item and packing materials or that illustrates the part number or other significantly different features than what we advertised.
