New 3 stage idustrial parts washer 2001CM-18-2-2-e
IN-LINE SPRAY WASHER WITH HIGH VELOCITY BLOW-OFF
The washer configuration is straight In-line having approximate dimensions of 17 -9 long x 4 -0 wide x 5 -0 high. The washer consists of Two (2) cleaning stages and a blow-off stage.
The approximate dimensions of the washer housing are 17 -9 long x 3 -0 high 3 -0 wide provided with work openings 18 wide x 12 high with Access Doors on both sides. Appropriately sloped drain decks between stages provided.
Tanks approximately 3 -0 high with sloped bottom plates and approximately 300 gallon capacity each.
All tanks are double welded throughout and are properly reinforced and mounted on structural steel bases. Each tank is provided with pump suction boxes, complete with covers, dual pump inlet filters provided with overflow gutters, recessed drain, overflow and fresh water connection. Tanks are insulated, dual filtration canisters installed on the wash stage. There is no filtration on the rinse stage. An Oil Coalescer is installed on the wash stage.
Flush-out pipes are located on high end of bottom plate and are used to aid in tank cleaning and maintenance.
Each of the stages equipped with vertical immersed, all stainless steel construction type pumps, complete with mounting base, TEFC motor, magnetic motor starters, and pushbutton stations mounted in control panel.
One (1) Exhaust fan, rated at 1600 CFM complete with TEFC motor to minimize vapor spill into the plant from the washer and blow-off stages.
Dividers provided in order to send thru multiple parts. Dividers are adjustable.
High velocity blow-off module, consisting of (4) 3 dia. X 18 long air knives, providing a total of 900 CFM @ 22 S.P. for removal of excess water from the parts.
HEATING AND TEMPERATURE CONTROL EQUIPMENT (Electric)
Each heated stage provided with three (3) 15KW screw type immersion plug heaters.
Allen-Bradley Micro Logics 1500 programmable controller with a Total Control Products operator interface, will control the entire cleaning system. Complete start-up and shut down sequences provided with one touch capability. Status
and alarm screens provide ease of maintenance and troubleshooting. Conveyor speed control can be monitored and adjusted from the operator interface. All controls are mounted in a pre-wired NEMA 12 control panel.
