The automatic lubrication to spindle stroke ensuring smooth motions at all times.
In the event of lack of oil, it alarms automatically.
Lubrication frequency and oil flow are adjustable.
Exclusively designed positioning blocks provide convenient and fast replacement.( patented )
The tenon and mortise depth are individually adjusted.
Adjustment is conveniently made by turning the adjustment screws.
The spindle head is precision constructed to ensure tenon accuracy. 21500 RPM spindle speed creates extremely fine finish on tenon surface. The spindle accommodates 12mm T.C.T. cutter bits. Tenon width can be micrometrically adjusted in 2mm.
Each switch function is clearly indicated by figure for easy identification.
Single cycle or continuous operation can be selected on the control panel.
