This is a 943B CPU for a Siemens 115U model PLC. Although there is a power supply, a CPU (which is for sale) and a rack in the picture, only the CPU is for sale at this price. The power supply and rack are required to show you that the CPU can and will run! (Note the green light) This CPU was used in a lab environment and then removed and stored in a temperature controlled environment. It works perfectly. The "B" series 115U CPUs was the second generation of the 900 series of CPUs for the 115U controllers. This CPU has a single 15 pin serial port. I am very familiar with these controllers so if you have any questions just ask. If you need some Siemens PLC programming, or programming modification done for you, ask about that also! :-) If you have a faulty controller and you have an orange memory cartridge in the memory socket, you can usually power down the PLC, remove the CPU via the two screws and swing it up and off the rack, replace the CPU, reinsert the existing orange memory cartridge and power the CPU back up, put it in run mode via the front switch and it will operate once again. The CPU is guaranteed to not be DOA. I have lots of other Siemens S5 equipment so if you are looking for something else, ask.
