Item 01: 2.5-Meter Non-slip In-feed Belt Conveyor Type:
Solvent resistant In-feed belt is designed for feeding of material.
Item 02: Surface Cleaning & Dusting System:
The surface-cleaning machine is designed for automatic cleaning by way of an ionizing blower bar and suction hood. That is mounted to above conveyor.
Item 03: Spray Machine Type: Rotoclean G2:
The Rotoclean Spray machine is the most cost effective, transfer efficient spray machine available. This machine is 22% more transfer effective than reciprocating spray machines.
The Rotoclean G-2 spray machine is designed for applying of stain, lacquers and other coatings with automatic spray guns. It is equipped with 2-separate fluid circuits, 2-arms equipped for
4-spray guns. (4 Guns per circuit) It will automatically apply spray coatings on the surface and edges of panels, molding and other items with a maximum height of 6 .

Item 04: 8-Meter Flash Tunnel & belt conveyor equipped with exhaust and covers:
Ambient air, solvent resistant belt conveyor is designed to be an enclosed Flash Tunnel with filtered and heated (via Hot water heat exchanger) air intake.
Item 05: 10-Meter (12m conveyor) High Velocity Hot Air Heating Zone / IR lamp unit:
This is a multi purpose oven designed to dry a variety of different coatings (solvent or waterbased). Jetted hot air and 1 IRM lamp zone at the exit end. The work pieces are transported automatically and continuously through the oven on a metal bar conveyor. Energized with either hot water or on request by electric or indirect gas heat exchangers. Control Panel with full air, temperature and IR lamp control.

Item 06: 2-Meter Unload belt Conveyor:
Solvent resistant out feed belt is designed for feeding of material out of: finishing lines.
Item 07: Control panel for operation of line.
This panel includes all motor starters and fuse/breakers for the operation of line. It also includes circuits for manual start and stop of line as well as emergency stop interfaces. Inverter driven conveyor speed control.
Not Included: Compressed air, hot water, and electrical conduit/wiring between control panels and machines.
