This is a convection solder reflow continuous belt oven. It will also work well for low temperature drying and curing applications. Parts to be heated are placed on the variable speed fine mesh stainless steel belt and travel though (10) zones of heat. Clearance is 2" from top of belt to bottom of heat curtains on each end. Heat curtains can be removed to give an extra 1/2" height the entire length. Each zone is divided into a top and bottom zone with circulating fan and are seperately controlled. At the end of the heated area the belt travels through a 24" fan cooled area to a 24" open belt unload area. Manufactured July 1997. Includes detailed prints and manuals with electrical schematics. This unit is missing the "Wincon 2.4" PC controller which is available direct from BTU for approximately $3100.
