Fisher Scientific Model 13-988-450RW Flammable Storage Refrigerator. s/n: 13213798, R-502, 1/60/115V, 1202 charge, hi 360 low 152. Overall dimensions are approx 36" x 4'-6" W x 7ft tall, Useable space is approx 3ft x 4ft x 4'-6". We have ran it some and it was down to 2.5C when we turned it off. Nice clean unit, but you can smell the chemicals they had stored in it. Like a glue smell.
