Fluke 5101B Voltage Calibrator with Options 03(Wideband) & 05(IEEE-488). Powers up as shown in first picture. By following the test procedure in the manual (Free download from the Fluke website), a DC output voltage was obtained as shown in fourth picture. No other testing was done. Left handle is cracked on the top.
