Master Lock 6ft Heavy-Duty Alloy Steel Security Chain (Model 96D). Chain comes in protective rubber sheath. Comes with American Lock lock (Model L45KD). Both never used and still brand new in packaging as shown. Similar 6ft Master Lock chains sells for $12.99 on Amazon (and doesn't even include the lock which is easily worth another $7).
