American Compressor Engineering manufactures Copeland-Carrier-Trane and York compressors with new pistons-rods-rings-bearings(all teflon)-oil-oil pumps- suction reeds-discharge reeds(or pucks)-gaskets-terminals-etc. All Motors are sent through a five step inspection and certification series to insure quality and longevity in performance. Compressors are assembled by a technician that has been trained exclusivily for that series. Compressors are then tested in our own unique R-22 & Dry nitrogen Chiller for thirty minutes to test the following parameters-Pressure-Temperatures-Leakback-Oil Pressures-Amperages-Voltages-Vibration-Pumpdown-Etc.
The sale of a compressor by American Compressor requires the return of the old compressor core. If the old compressor core is not returned then additional charges will apply to the invoice.
