I believe it is a Berger Speed-A-Liner Transit Level model 200.
The number on the side is 2M-5106.
This is a sturdy, solid piece of US engineering.
The lenses are good. I can focus the crosshairs on objects 100 yardsaway.
The focus knob works well and turns smoothly.
The X and Y levels are good - the bubbles are active and the glass is clear.
There are various other knobs which may or may not turn. I do not want to force them. Age may have stiffened them up, or it may be design.
There are scratches on the outside which I have tried to show in the pictures.
This item is somewhat dusty and may require some cosmetic cleanup. I wiped it gently for the photographs but it might benefit from a thorough cleaning, perhaps with equipment used to clean guns.
This item is not returnable unless I have made any major errors in description.
