50 lb Electric Fryer has digital controls, stainless steel tank, 208V, 3 PH, 45.8 amps, Model #E14S-CQV.
These fryers are great performers, cooking 75# per hour. Measurements are 16"W x 33 1/2"D x 40"H.
Although this fryer has never been used, it is a few years old. Owner purchased this unit intending to use it, and didn't. These fryers list at over $6,000.00 new.
