Delfield Refrigerated Prep Table with Overshelf, 84"
This prep table features a condiment rail on top that measures 41" x 12" and can hold a variety of different configurations of pans. The ones shown in the picture are included. There is a 24" ticket rail on the right side of the overshelf, which is 12" deep. The cutting board measures 31" x 20" and is not attached to the unit.
It features two doors of storage below, with each opening measuring 19 1/2" x 18 1/2" and one rack each. There are also two drawers of storage, each designed to hold a standard full size hotel pan. This unit is also on wheels for easy portability.
