Self-centered The special design of these tools allows you to quickly make perfectly centered holes. No need to draw cross hairs or make adjustments; they automatically align themselves in the draw stud pilot hole. Tools also split the slug into two pieces for easy removal.
All punches are made of steel and have a ball-bearing drive to reduce friction. Die and draw stud included. To drive, use a hand wrench, ratchet driver, or any of the hydraulic drivers.
It is new, but it has some surface rust on it from sitting around.
