T-Stick is a disposable, single use, cardboard thermometer that can be used as a permanent record for HACCP programs.
Information can be written on the back of the T-Stick before it is attached to the HACCP form.
The USDA recommends cooking meat to 160 F (71.1 C) to avoid problems with E. coli
For use in measuring the internal temperature of hamburger and other foods
Can also be used to measure dishwasher rinse temperature
