The True TSSU-72-18 is a 72" Refrigerated Sandwich Unit. It has a stainless steel front, top and ends, with an aluminum finished back. The system includes a patented airflow system - air from the evaporator is directed at the pans to insure that proper product temperatures are maintained.
* Extra wide 11 3/4" full length removable cutting board
* White, vinyl coated aluminum interior cabinet liner has a 300 series stainless steel floor with coved corners
* The rest of the interior is white aluminum to match the cabinet liner
* Adjustable vinyl coated wire shelves.
* Factory pre-engineered capillary tube system has an oversized condenser and evaporator meant to reduce product pull down time and to consistently maintain 33?F to 41?F interior cabinet temperature
* Stainless steel patented foam insulated cover
* Slide out compressor can be serviced easily and accessed by a single repairman
