SYNTHETIC GRINDING FLUID, OIL FREE
GRIND-RITE 1000 is an oil-free, nitrite free, water extendalbe synthetic coolant concentrate. It contains wetting agents for superior cooling and corrosion inhibitors for in-process rust protection of machine tools and metal parts. This product offer4s excellent performance in most grinding operations on cast iron, steels and most non-ferrous metals except magnesium. This is a clean-running, low-foam product stablein both soft and extremely hard water and contains additives which provide excellent rejection of tramp oils with fine settling capabilities.
Works for most grinding applications including surface, centerless, ID, OD, and Blanchard. Can also be used for light machining and makes an excellent misting fluid for various and grinding processes.
MOST MIXTURES ARE 25:1 OR 20:1.
