We are midwestern Americans building honest good products for the American market.
This positioner is different in many good ways, here are some of our HUGE differences.
1. Tubular construction, this aligns the machined secondary gearing for long service.
2. Total 360 degree enclosure of the precision secondary gearing, this keeps weld spatter and fingers out of the pinch points.
3. Twin bearings, not one but TWO precision SEALED ball bearings, that distribute the load and still deliver smooth rotation.
4. We use our own "Constant Current Contact", for the ground connection. This spring loaded brass ground, follows the back side of the table, keeping the welding current out of the precision bearings.
5. Precision machined steel secondary gearing, no exposed belts or chains.

This positioner pin lock pivot design, and a 13 inch steel table, 10 inch table with chucks. This unit has a 2 inch center hole, cast iron foot pedal, double sealed twin ball bearings, enclosed gearing, and our unique Constant Current Contact, that is spring loaded for long life. Motor is available in, 0-4 RPM. Motor is a 90V DC PM gearmotor and control uses 115V AC power, insulated and isolated for H.F. TIG welding. Chuck options include a standard 8 3-jaw universal chuck or our Speed Wheel production chuck, both at extra cost.
