These blocks are "extremely rare" to find anywhere - no company manufactures for sale these blocks- so Machine Shops are left to make their own- which is major expense due to high degree of precision grinding involved. Shops that already have them-dare not to part with them - absolutely hands down the most productive, time saving, easy setup tool in the business
These Post Blocks are most unique of all we have. Conventional rail design allows standard use like anyother clamp type post block - PLUS - has precision vee block built in for added diversity.
AND, here is really cool part- these blocks have fixturing holes jig ground and bushed(5/8" dia. & 1/2" dia.) so that you can utilize them as a ready made fixture plate. Just slide Blocks apart to match hole pattern in your Machining Part ( bottom keys allow you to set locator holes any distance apart while maintaining squareness) and lock down with screw. Perfect for short run quantities of housing,fixtures, etc.

The Post Blocks all have .812 keys on bottoms - and keys are mattison ground CENTRAL to thickness of parts-so makes no difference with way they are positioned in setup.
The Post Blocks have been lovingly used by highly skilled American - Boring Mill operators and have some "experience" markings from normal use.
The above item/items were owned and used by a company of skilled American Manufacturers and Machinists, who have lost their JOBS, HOMES, and FUTURES - due to the outsourcing of work and jobs by GREEDY American companies and their greedy stockholders who have demanded such action.. All in the pursuit of yet even greater profits and high stock values.
