LKB Bromma Uvicord III 2089 & optical unit
This unit has an on/off switch with indicator light, a gauge labelled "zero ind." That ranges from -10 to +10, a knob with the settings "CH. I R", "CH. I S", "CH. II R", "CH. II S" and "RUN", and a switch labelled "fine adjust" with the settings I and II. There are two sets of controls labelled "Channel I" and "Channel II" that each consist of two knobs labelled "zero adj." R and S, a switch labelled "output" with the settings E and T, and a switch labelled "Scale exp." with the settings "1x" and "5x". There is also a knob and indicator light labelled "Level ch. I" with a range from 100% to 1,0E. On the back of the unit is a round female 7-pin connector labelled "aux output", a round male 7-pin connector labelled "recorder", a female 3-pin microphone-style connector labelled "valve", three one-pin connectors labelled "hold x" above, below and ground, and a round female 19-pin connector labelled "detector unit". This item includes a cable with a round female 7-pin connector at one end and three male one-pin connectors at the other end. It takes a standard computer-style power cord, which is not included. The detector unit has a cable with a round male 19-pin connector, a knob labelled "gain" with settings from 1 to 6, two knobs labelled "aperture I" and "aperture II". There is a removable pen holder inserted in the front. On the side are two hollow glass cylinders inserted into apertures on the side colour-coded the same as the two knobs on the front; they line up with glass windows inside the 1.8cm slot on the front of the unit. The detector appears to be missing support legs from the bottom, but has a laboratory stand clamp on the side.
