M-T Vial File , With Clear Vial with Solid-Top Black Phenolic 14B Rubber-Lined Caps Attached
The aqueous series consists of clear and amber glass vials with solid-top closures. Featured is the black phenolic cap with a 14B white rubber liner. Both cap and liner are autoclavable and have substantial resistance to chemicals, acids and bases. This combination is ideal for general sampling needs without the added cost of Teflon .
Specific application vials are offered for dilution and culture work. The micro sample vial is glass with a polypropylene cap and metal foil liner. The M-T Vial File is offered with a high-recovery polypropylene 2 mL vial.
The Vial File provides a compact, easily accessible means of sample storage. The vials are stored in individual partitions within a plastic clear case. The case is made from polystyrene with hinged lids and alphanumerical indexing. Foam inserts provide extra protection for the vials. Vial Files come with vials manufactured from Wheaton 33 low extractable borosilicate glass (meets ASTM Type I Class A and USP Type I standards) to protect pH balance and sample integrity.
