Solenoid valve 22MM 3/4" 12V/24V [central heating?
GOYEN 3/4" Full Bore N.C. Solenoid Valve.
Supplied fitted with 2pieces 22mm compression adaptors allowing for direct connection to 22mm pipework.

Function: 2/2 [2-port] Normally Closed [opens when coil energized].
Port Size: Standard 3/4" BSP parallel [fitted with 22mm straight compression adaptors]
Orifice: "FULL BORE" 19mm [0.75inch] orifice. High flow rating. Minimal pressure drop.
Coil Voltage: Rated 24Vdc [but will also operate fully from a 12Vdc supply. It may be necessary to derate the maximum differential pressure rating for 12Vdc operation. When I have a minute to spare I'll test it at 12Vdc under pressure.]
IMPORTANT: Valve is pilot operated and requires a MINIMUM 0.2bar differential pressure* in direction of flow - both to maintain a good seal and to open fully. Therefore it should not be used in applications where the forward pressure may drop below this required level - eg: tank emptying, pressure venting to atmosphere. *[ The 'differential pressure' is the pressure 'difference' measured between one port and the other.]
[0.2bar pressure = 3PSI 21KPa or approx 2.1m head of water]

Solenoid valves will not tolerate solid particulate material or dirt. Where fluid contains such particles a suitable strainer should be fitted up-stream to protect the valve from damage.
Electrical Connections: Supplied with din-connector plug and gasket [IP65 rating]. Plug contains screw-clamps terminals and cable sealing gland.
NEW. Extremely high quality and expensive valve.
This is not to be compared with cheaply engineered chinese rubbish!!
