PanaVise Interchangeable Head, Circuit Board Holder 315
All PanaVise heads have a stem that is 5/8& in diameter and can be used with any selected base (see choices below). Standard head Model 303 opens to 2-1/4" and has smooth nylon jaws that are 2-1/2" wide. Circuit board holder Model 315 accommodates PC boards of any shape and size, from 1/8" to 12& in width. Aluminum arms extend 6& from the cross bar and may be moved independently in either direction. Each arm has a "V"-shaped groove to hold boards up to 5/32& thick. The right arm features a unique spring-tension adjustment, which equalizes the holding pressure on the edge of the board. This allows all sizes and shapes of boards to be held firmly in place. After setting the position of the arms, boards can be removed and inserted repeatedly without further adjustment. Wide opening head Model 366 opens a full 6& to accommodate most PC boards in its molded, deep-ribbed neoprene jaw pads, which securely hold boards, while offering edge-of-board insulation. When pads are reversed, the alternate wide "V"-shaped grooves can be used for securing delicate cylindrical items. Satin black oxide finish reduces glare when working under bright lights. Self-centering, extra-wide opening head Model 376 has double action jaws that allow fast opening and closing. The self-centering feature lets you hold heavier objects because weight is centered over the base. Jaws open to a full 9& and jaw plates can be reversed to close together. Ribbed on one side and "V"-grooved on the other, the reversible jaw pads firmly hold cylindrical or odd shaped items.
