Micronta radio shack digital multimeter 22-198U w/case
This unit does powers on. Comes with owners manual and a case with a handle on it. It has some extra room in it for other small items. This also comes with 2 extra fuses.
It runs on 1- 9 Volt Battery (not included.)
It has a handle that can also be used as a bracket to stand this up at an angle for hands free reading. It also comes with 2-48" Leads
Top Dial can be set to 20M?, 2000,200,20,2 200?
Bottom Dial can be set to ACmA, DCmA, K OHM, ACV, DCV
There are 2 holes for the positive and negative leads. Negative reads 500V max. Between the two holes it reads: 1000V, 500V, 200m A Max
If you need more information I do have the specifications for this one in the manual so ask what ever you want.
