ALL KNOBS TURN EASILY, SWIVELS AND RAISES/LOWERS EASILY
BOTH SETS OF EYEPIECES WERE LOOKED THRU AND IT WAS A VERY CLEAR AND CLEAN VIEW
ALL EYEPIECES SAY - 15X W.F. 147
ARM CAN BE ADJUSTED 3" UP OR DOWN
