Pc board for 2 mmic rf amplifiers uhf,1296, 2304, 3456
This is for one professionally made p.c. board designed for RF MMIC Amplifier in a SOT-89 cascade amplifier package, along with parts list, and schismatic for use with any two MMIC s you choose. Size of the PCB 1.75"x 0.8"x 0.062", FR-4 material, double-sided with ground plane on the bottom side of the board. A lower power MMIC could be used ahead of the BGA6589 to make a medium power, high gain amplifier driver. A full data sheet on the BGA6589 can be downloaded from the web site at: / This layout has been used from VLF to 3456MHz. with good results.
This board layout can also be used with other MMIC s: Mini-circuits ERA, ERA-sm, MAR, and MAV, GVA or GALI type. Sirenza SGA, NGA, SBA, SBB, SBF, SBW, SXB, SHF, SXA, SXT series, Agilent ATF-50189, ATF-52189, ATF-53189.
