This portable Superficial Rockwell Hardness Tester made by Rams Rockford Prods, Inc.is in like new condition.
This tester is currently set up for the 15N and 15T scales complete with 6 test blocks. It appears only 2 of the blocks have been used.
There are 5 different anvils a diamond penetrator as well as the ball penetrator. These are easy to use accurate hardness testers.
They work just like a larger Rockwell testers. This tester can be set up to use the 15kg, 30kg, or 45kg scales. Only the load
setting needs to be adjusted. (this is easy to do you will need test blocks in the scale you are changing to)
15T 84.7 6 or 7 punches on this block
15T 60.8 20 or so punches on this block
Complete instructions are printed on the side of the tester you can see them in one of the pictures.
This tester is the most accurate, easy to set up and use portable Rockwell Superficial testers I have ever seen.
