You are looking at a 1996 Caterpillar 2EC20 Forklift
This forklift is in moderate condition with only a few defects. Both of the rear tires are bald, and the battery cover has been bent. It has the usual scratches and chips from use as well. The engine battery is also weak showing 40% left. We are not sure if it really is weak or if it is a problem with the switch on the unit since we could not test it properly. It will lift, but only drive out every other time it is used, probably due to low battery. Other than these things, you could get a great deal with this unit being set at a low reserve.
