Each factory-refurbished tool undergoes an extensive, multi-step inspection process in our Tool Repair Center by a trained Paslode factory-service technician. All tools have been cleaned, parts replaced when necessary with genuine Paslode parts. Each tool is then test-fired to ensure that the tool is 100% operational.

Our tools have two classifications: Class "A" (FR) and Class "B" (UR).
Class A tools (FR) are cosmetically near-perfect, they look "virtually" brand new; They have very few, if any scratches, blemishes, and/or markings.
Class B tools (UR) are cosmetically LESS THAN PERFECT. They may exhibit moderate scratches, blemishes, engravings, scrapes/gouges, or possibly writing on the housing of the tool, that we were unable to remove during refurbishment.
Each tool, regardless of classification, has been fully reconditioned in our factory repair center. Every tool undergoes a multi-step inspection. All tools are taken completely apart, cleaned, and parts are replaced when necessary, with genuine Paslode parts. Then, they are re-assembled and tested to ensure they are in proper working order.
