* All pick-up orders (anyone who takes possession of product in our warehouse) and Tennessee residents are responsible for a 9.25% TN sales tax.
* You must complete checkout to schedule your pick-up appointment before you may pickup your item(s). We require a 24 hour notice before you may pickup your items. The earliest available time for you to pickup will be shown when you schedule your pickup in the checkout.
* Items listed as Pickup-Only will have a $15 pickup-fee(the charge covers assistance loading, but does not cover supplies) please have your vehicle prepped for loading prior to arrival to facilitate the pick-up process.
* It is not necessary to contact us if you will be late on the day of your pick-up, or if you need to come the next business day.
* If you will not be able to make your appointment more than one business day after your scheduled appointment, or if you plan on not picking the item up after all, please contact us via email.
* We accept returns on items that are listed as working but are received as not working.
* Please note that exchanges are not always available for every item we sell.
