If any equipment should fail, we will replace the equipment at no charge. You will need to call our technical support department for all warranty issues. Equipment that shows signs of user abuse may be excluded from this warranty.
All equipment must be returned within fourteen business days should you decide to cancel your merchant account. You are responsible for any damage to the equipment while it is in your possession. This includes, but isn t limited to the terminal, power pack, battery, and accessories.
