Bucket cylinder hoses are routed through the arm. This protects them from damage which ensures a longer service life, reduces repair costs and improves operator visibility.
Reinforced boom cylinder protection: The V-shaped guard provides greater protection to the boom cylinder.
Tapered track frame: The top of the track frame is tapered 30 degrees in order to minimize the accumulation of work site materials in the track. The tapered frame contributes to increased track life.
Improved track tension spring improves shock loads to tracks and increases the life of the tracks.
Complete rear end protection: The counter weight provides maximum rear end protection. When working in confined areas an operator can feel confident that the large side and rear counterweight bumpers will protect the engine compartment form damage.
The diesel engine cranks easily and runs smoothly. The undercarriage and drive system appear to be in good conditon and are operating correctly. The boom and dipperstick appear to be straight and true. There are no welds and the wear in these components is consistent with the hours on the machine. The battery appears to be several years old and may need to be replaced in the near future. The engine is due to be serviced. The rubber tracks are in fair conditon. They are still useable, but will need to be replaced in the future. If you desire, we can install a new set of rubber tracks for $1,675.00. Call (***) 355-3855 if you have questions about the tracks or need more info.
