You are considering a Cleveland, High-Frequency Rotary Air Vibrator. This item is unused surplus. The body shows some scratching and paint chipping from being moved around.

I talked to one of the Tech people at Cleveland Vibrator to obtain the specs for this vibrator. He informed me that these vibrators were manufactured for Cleveland, by Martin Engineering. They are exactly the same as the Martin CCR-5500 "Vibrotor" High-Frequency Pneumatic Vibrator. In fact, Martins part number CCR-5500 is cast into the housing and the Cleveland tag was wire tied to the handle. You can even see the Martin "orange" paint in spots where the green has chipped off.
