180MW 405NM blue/violet laser diode module
This is a compact module which can be used in many ways. You can use it for laser light shows, laser displays, Lab Laser, etc. Laser module contains a 6X Blu-ray diode capable of 300mW. However, this module is set up for 180mW to extend the life of the diode. All you need to due is supply 5VDC to power the module. No other laser diode drivers needed. Listed below are some specifications.
Wavelength: 405nm +-5nm (Blue/Violet)
Output power: 180mW (Producing 183mW)
Mode: Single Transverse Mode
Measures: 3.15"L X 2.13"W X 0.91"H
Case material: Black anodized Aluminum.
This is an OEM module and is being sold as a component only. Module does not comply with 21 CFR 1040 for complete laser systems.
This is not a laser pointer.
Module emits visible Blue/Violet laser light. Eye protection (Not included) should be used when operating this unit.
