New, shrink wrapped. Never heard of this manufacturer or brand. There is stipulation on the front label that "Die-Cut Labels Are Not Intended for Laser Printing Machines" . Which is true but on the other hand they could be used on laser printers as long you know what you are doing:
* Most importantly you should avoid printing on the space between labels since toner might not stick to this medium and pollute subsequent copies. Usually running few pages of junk paper though the printer afterward cleans everything just fine.
* Some old and worn out printers might strip some stickers and get jammed or damage toner cartridge. Nasty and time consuming cleanup but than it was old and worn out printer, wasn't it?
Having written all that I should state that I have been using such labels with laser printing machines both professionally and at home for longer than I care to remember and with nothing much more serious than an occasional hiccup.
