Anritsu MP1777A MP9677B 10 ghz jitter o/e analyzer

ANRITSU MP1777A MP9677B 10 GHZ JITTER O E ANALYZER
The MP1777A is a measurement solution for jitter evaluation. It supports both the STM-16/32/64 and OC-48/96/192 bit rates. In addition to supporting the bit rates of 2488.32, 4976.64, and 9953.28 MHz two additional bit rates used in submarine cable systems can be added as options. The MP1777A can evaluate jitter characteristics, including jitter tolerance, jitter transfer, and output jitter, which are parameters most commonly used to evaluate digital lines. In combination with the MP9677B O/E and E/O converter, the MP1777A can measure the jitter tolerance of optical interfaces.
It has the following specifications:
* Bit rates: 2488.32 Mbit/s (STM-16/OC-48), 4976.64 Mbit/s (STM-32/OC-96), 9953.28 Mbit/s (STM-64/OC-192)
* Modulation frequency: 10Hz to 20MHz (2.5G); 10Hz to 40MHz (5G); 10Hz to 80MHz (10G)
* Maximum jitter amplitude: 800 UIpp (2.5G); 1,600 UIpp (5G); 3,200 UIpp (10G)
* Jitter bandwidth: 20 MHz (2.5G); 40 MHz (5G); 80 MHz (10G)
* Measurement range: Uipp, UI+p, UI-p, UIrms
* Measurement filter: (Built-in filter) LP, HP1+LP, HP1'+LP, HP2+LP, HP+LP, HP'+LP
* Range: +/- 50ppm/step 0.1 ppm
* Accuracy: +/- 0.1ppm (at 23 +/- 5oC after calibration 60 minutes or more after power-on)
The MP9677B is the only combined E/O and O/E converter in the world that has an 80 MHz clock recovery bandwidth required for accurate jitter measurement at 10 Gb/s, as specified in the ITU-T O.172 standard. Three separate Clock Recovery Units are now available to support the standard 9.953 Gb/s, commonly used 10.664 Gb/s FEC and the latest OTN 10.709 Gb/s rates. All of these CRUs are interchangeable and field installable which makes the MP9677B a cost-efficient converter when you need any or all for your application. A bandwidth selector is available on the CRUs which are used to switch the recovered clock to change to either in "Wide" or "Narrow" bandwidth mode depending on the type of measurement you need to perform: (1) Jitter or (2) BER measurement.
