The JB250 Wire Caddy is designed to dispense 250 foot coils of NM cable (romex), MC cable and AC cable. It is designed to be used by residential & commercial electricians, the homeowner or DIYer.
The 12/3 NM cable (romex) is not included with this wire caddy. I took a picture with the romex to help provide a better visualization of how this wire caddy works. The caddy looks like the image below without the romex.
