This is a grade 1, heavy duty storeroom function leverset, that lists for $412.00. This is the newest design, of the heavy duty series. The heavy duty line, is designed for hundreds of uses every day, so it will last many years longer, than standard duty units. The storeroom function unit, comes with a 'C' keyway cylinder, and the door requires a 2 3/4" backset prep.
