Red Lion Controls - "Apollo" Model #IMP-23103 / 2991, Intelligent Meter for Process Inputs. This is a 6 digit (Red - sunlight readable) display, that is powered with a 115-VAC signal. It has the wiring printed on a label on the top of the unit. A brief look at this label shows that it also has a 4-20ma Output Option. It comes as pictured, without the manual, and has been powered up, but not had a signal connected to it.
